1. Step 1: CNC Precision Machining – Quality Starts at the Source
All our angle grinder flanges, adapter shafts, and wire cup brush nuts are CNC‑machined. Key specs:
- Dimensional tolerance: ±0.05mm (for thread, outer diameter, thickness, concentricity)
- Concentricity: High concentricity ensures smooth grinder operation without wobble
2. Step 2: AI Vision Full Inspection – 100% Coverage
We have fully deployed an AI vision inspection system that scans every piece before packing
- Defects detected: cracks, burrs, dimensional deviation, bad threads, surface scratches, mixed parts
Rejected parts are automatically removed.
3. Three Core Tests – Every Batch Must Pass
In addition to CNC and AI, every batch undergoes three mandatory tests:

- Hardness: Rockwell/Brinell hardness sampling – ensures proper heat treatment
- Performance: 48h salt spray test per batch – report provided
- Appearance: AI vision + human verification – no cracks, burrs, or rust
Rejects are scrapped on the spot – never mixed into packing.
