The factory specializes in producing hardware accessories for electric tools, specializing in angle grinder pressure plates, cutting machine pressure plates, electric circular saw pressure plates, etc. Common specifications include 100 type, 125 type, 150 type, 180 type, and 230 type. The materials are 45 # steel, A3 steel, and high carbon steel, with some using powder metallurgy technology. Process route: forging/stamping+machining+heat treatment+surface treatment+testing.

Raw material preparation
Material selection: 45 # round steel/steel plate, A3 steel (high strength, wear-resistant) High carbon steel.
Inspection: Material report, hardness, and no cracks/rust on the surface.
Cutting: Sawing machine/laser cutting into circular/round bar blanks.
Forming processing (choose one)
Option A: Forging/Stamping (preferred for bulk production)
Red stamping/cold heading: After heating, it is forged into a pressure plate blank with high efficiency and dense grain size.
Option B: Powder metallurgy (low-cost, near net shape)
Mixing powder → compression molding → sintering → finishing.
Mechanical precision machining (core)
Turning: CNC lathe machining center for internal threads (M10/M14), external circles, and steps.
Milling/Drilling: Processing wrench slots, countersunk holes, and positioning holes (anti slip structure).
Grinding machine: Flat grinding ensures parallelism and smoothness.
Deburring: Chamfering and polishing to avoid scratching and sticking.
Heat treatment (key)
Quenching+tempering: Improve hardness (HRC 35-45), wear resistance, and deformation resistance.
Stress relief: Eliminate internal stress during processing to prevent deformation during use.
Surface treatment
Blackening/phosphating: rust proof, aesthetically pleasing, and increases friction.
Galvanized/Colored Zinc Plating: Used outdoors/in humid environments, it has stronger rust resistance.
Sandblasting: Matte, anti slip, enhances adhesion.
Finished product testing
Dimensions: Thread, outer diameter, thickness, concentricity (± 0.05mm).
Hardness: Rockwell/Brinell hardness sampling.
Performance: Salt spray for 48 hours.
Appearance: No cracks, burrs, or rust.
Packaging and shipping
Rust proof bag/paper box packaging.
Classify and ship according to specifications/models.
